Just wanted to publicly thank our neighbour's. Last Christmas our shop flooded and they didn't hesitate to jump in and help - bringing over multiple machines and time helping to drain the water for several hours. I know it was last year ( 2022) but a year later I am still struck by their willingness to step in without question when they no doubt had their own holidays to go to. Thank you so much!! I have hired the services of CRS a few times and I have only had excellent experiences with them! They are very professional, have super friendly staff, and their work is top quality. We hired them just recently to do a top to bottom deep clean of our commercial kitchen, walk-ins and loading bay and I have heard nothing but compliments from so many of my staff. The place looks brand new. Kudos to CRS for their customer service and their quality work. I would recommend them whole-heartedly.

I am the Strata President of our building. We recently switched carpet cleaning companies to CRS after we got new carpets. So far, the service has been excellent. The quote process was good - they answered all our questions in detail. Scheduling process was excellent. Their office staff and on-site personnel are attentive, communicative, professional and above all, friendly. Their on-site work was great and we had some small unanticipated follow up items that were dealt with expeditiously and with no hassles.
