Carol and Zahraa are wonderful - empathetic and accommodating and they do a miraculous job of scheduling on short notice. They are generous with their time and follow-up regularly, providing advice and resources (and just an understanding ear to talk to), which has been so welcome as we navigate the BC eldercare system. They have been a God-send to us over the last couple of years, starting with meal and light housekeeping support but then extending to more intensive services, including hospital companionship care...during a pandemic!
