Best service I've received on the North Shore. Friendly, diligent, and knowledgeable staff who went above and beyond.At the time, I was looking for a high definition screen within very specific size parameters. Dwight checked with all of his suppliers, researched all potential available models, and called me back within 30 minutes offering a model that perfectly fit my requirements. He also had it in-store the next day, selling at a lower price and triple the warranty I had previously received from a competitor.Will DEFINITELY be going to Concept from now on!
