Took in an old MacBook Air after a spill on the keyboard, wondering if the cost of a repair would be worth it. Problem/repair was diagnosed on the spot, and I was given a range of repair costs--best case and worst case (in case the first, likely diagnosis wasn't accurate). However, the first diagnosis had been completely accurate, so the cost was minimal and the repair was done within two days. Great, speedy service and value! I'm sure other repair shops would have charged the same amount to just look at it and do a diagnosis, and kept me waiting for a week or so.
I took my laptop in with an issue that they began working on right away as a walk in, they were very friendly and incredibly fair with their pricing and sorted the issue out quickly.
