Also shout out to Jessi & team for getting a blood sample today without my cat needing full sedation, that is no small feat.“

1254 Lynn Valley Rd, North Vancouver“We recently had to bring our dear old cat Cherry into the clinic with serious age-related problems. He was almost 20 years old. This was very hard on us as Cherry has been a cherished member of the family and the best pet ever. We feared the worst but hoped for the best. Sadly it was not to be. His kidneys were failing and there was little more that could be done. We had no choice but to make make the tough decision.
The good news is that Lauren walked us all through it with kindness and compassion and an affection for Cherry that touched us all deeply. The end went as well as could possibly be expected thanks to her and the rest of the staff. Our heartfelt thanks for being there through that difficult time. We unconditionally recommend Lynn Valley Animal Hospital and Dr. Lauren Stone-Mockler to all concerned.
Much appreciated.

2599 Runnel Dr, Coquitlam“I recently moved to BC from Scottsdale AZ and was looking for a new vet for my animals. I Reached out on the community Facebook page for vets and after filtering through a couple recommendations chose Eagle Ridge because it is a AAHA hospital which is what my hospital in Scottsdale was. It seems like there is a lot of animal hospitals here but If I'm going to take my pet anywhere I want an animal hospital where I know my animal is getting the best treatment, regardless of cost. If I spend $$$$$ on my gym and getting my hair done the least I can do is spend the money on my pets. At least I know the quality is there and it always is with AAHA hospitals. I have had bad experiences at animal hospitals before where the receptionist with no credentials is assisting in surgery or they don't offer you all the treatment options available and have expected that kind of service from a vet clinic that is corporate or is not an AAHA clinic. Every time I have been at eagle ridge the staff have been very friendly and informative especially in helping me adapt to the new pet food, insurance for my pet, flea products etc which was stressful moving to a new country. I have seen two different vets one for my bunny, and one for my cats, and they were both very gentle with my animals and were personable. I felt that the transparency is there with this clinic and I know I can trust them with my animals care for years to come.“

1960 Como Lake Ave #156, Coquitlam“If you are looking for a vet clinic with amazing staff and doctors, I highly recommend Como Lake Animal Hospital.
Our English bulldog, Winston, was our whole life and love and we wanted the best care for him. He unfortunately had a myriad of health and behavioural issues stemming from being attacked when he was 9 months and losing an eye. The frequent trips to the vet and surgery to remove his eye made him very aggressive with vet hospitals.
The staff at Como Lake were amazing. They kept detailed records of all his issues and we eventually worked out a perfect routine to medicate him and treat him safely and with the least amount of stress. We have used them for several years now and their attention to detail, their compassion, and their skill is top notch.
We have been so happy with their level of service and care for our boy. I know that you will be too. Shout outs to Dr. Doonie and Jessica for working so closely with me over the years. They have been incredible.“

6620 Hastings St, Burnaby“I came here for the first time for a cremation after my pacman frog, Murphy, passed. I was embarrassed to be so heartbroken over the death of a frog, but everyone went so far out of their way to support and sympathize with me that I was instantly comfortable. They were so sensitive and kind during the procedure, and allowed me to have him cremated with his favourite log. They listened to my stories about him and treated both me and him with more respect than I'd ever expect for the loss of an amphibian. They even allowed me to upgrade the type of container I'd receive for his cremains. I cannot recommend this clinic enough for their skill at navigating emotionally fraught situations, and I had the distinct impression that these values extend to all of their care. I would go back to see them in an instant.“

“Breeder from Alberta here!! Had a pup go to a sweet lady in the Burnaby area. Took her new boy for his first vet appointment and was told some scary things and they tried to sell her the remedy. Im so thankful she called me and talked to me about it before she accepted the diagnosis and bought the things. Convinced her to get a second opinion.
She thankfully landed at this vets office! They were kind, listened, examined, and set her mind at ease!!! No scary diagnosis or strange remedy. She has gone home happy, her pup is happy, and I'm thankful to have a wonderful vets office i can now recommend to my puppy families in the area.
Thank you so much for taking care of the sweet boy and his amazing mama ❤️“
