Highly recommend this animal hospital. The staff and veterinarians are so incredibly supportive, caring, and above all knowledgable. My dog was transferred here from Boundary Bay Animal Hospital a couple of months ago because they could not give me any answers pertaining to my senior dogs severe stomach upset and vomiting. All Critters was able to give me a diagnosis almost immediately and give him proper medication and treatment allowing him recover. This hospital genuinely cares about your pet, is affordable, and all they want to do is help. I would recommend this animal hospital to anyone.
I took my cat when he was extremely severely sick when he was a kitten, but I ended up going with a different vet because of location. But they were extremely nice, very knowledgeable.
And we just so happened to be living really close by now. So we're switching all five of our pets to this vet.
We went today with our dog Ember who is a senior and needs a lot of extra help, and I was really impressed by the doctor. He was not rushed at all. He took his time with her, he seemed very knowledgeable and kind. He was making sure that my dog felt comfortable around him which is really great.
