*Edit* on March 13, 2024:Shortly after I wrote my review, the company reached out to me with exceptional customer service from Sandra at Exclusive Floors. Sandra visited my unit to inspect the situation, and she was very understanding and offered to see whatever she could do given the current circumstances, which are still subject to further review. I've tentatively upped my review from 1 star to 4 (for now) and I'm pleasantly surprised so far and waiting for further steps to reconcile my flooring issues that I had previously described in my original review below.
