Avoid this company at all costs. Poor workmanship, unprofessional, and utterly disrespectful of our time. Friesen Flooring employees installed the underlay and laminate flooring on an uneven and/or unlevel subfloor as some parts of our floor had noticeable soft spots, gaps created between laminate flooring joints, and settling of over a ¼’ in places. These issues with the installation have created a lot of noise in the flooring due to the movement. A Friesen employee, Marty conducted an inspection on January 30, 2020, acknowledged there were issues with our floor, took videos as evidence for his office, and informed us there would be a follow up.
