“They need to check their products before selling and get rid of the expired stuff off thr shelf . Picked up a tub of premix grout light almond a week back and just opened the tub and the sponge inside is green and moldy and just disintegrated and the premix grout is a rock no moisture not wet not even damp. I will be taking this back expecting a brand new one that has not expired . If I could post pics on this I totally would completely disappointed - updated came into the store first thing in the morning and the guy in the abbotsford location completely understood and worked with me on a solution. He is bringing in a brand new bucket and was willing to drop it off at my home . Either way the customer relations is truly remarkable with these guys . Thank you .“
