“We just bought a home is West Kelowna and we had poly b in the house. We knew we needed to replace the poly b with PEX for piece of mind, cheaper home insurance etc. and we didn’t know where to go. After an exhaustive search we landed on Wiener’s plumbing and it was the best decision we had made.

They were professional, showed up on time, skilled and their customer service was incredible.

Part of the reason we chose Wiener’s was because they also have a drywall team come in to patch all the drywall that needed to be removed during the plumbing install. They were very professional and made minimal damages to the walls and ceilings and after the drywall repair team came in you cannot tell where any of the holes were made.

The plumbing team that showed up was very skilled, talented, and went above their scope of work by pointing out additional flaws that needed to be addressed and suggested we do them while the walls were already opened.

We could not be happier with the level of professionalism, and scope of work that they provided for us and would recommend them to anyone.

Called Dave of 911 Plumbing late the night before and he showed up the very next day (reliable) and magically unclogged a stubborn kitchen drain that had backed unexpectedly. Dave is very reliable. He was calm and patient and persevered until he got it done. He is highly skilled, efficient, and conscientious. Also provided helpful tips of what to do to prevent the problem from reoccurring. From the beginning, they took the time to explain the process, made sure utility locates were completed before any excavation, and were honest about the possible repair scenarios without pressuring me into unnecessary work.

Once the line was exposed, they worked closely with the excavator to carefully trace the service line until the leak was found. The repair was completed professionally, and the final solution ended up being much less extensive than some of the worst-case possibilities we had discussed.
