The technician was very professional and took time to explain not only the repair necessary but provided a detailed explanation of the furnace function including life expectancy of the furnace. The repair was completed quickly and I was impressed by the knowledge and skill of the repair technician. All in all a 10 out of 10 rating.?“

He spent time to find a small gas leak the other person had left, and conducted a thorough check of our fireplace. I called one day, and he showed up early the next morning. “On March 6, our furnace and air conditioner were replaced, but they stopped working that evening :(In spite of spending 16k+ and being without heat for 10 days, no one came to fix it same day...However, Alexandra was pleasant on the phone the next morning and sent Riley out to identify the wiring errors on the installers' part. So far we have heat thanks to Riley. He is professional, polite, and excellent at his job! He has been here twice now and definitely will recommend him.Only giving 4 stars due to the fact that the installer never came back in the same day to fix his errors.“

“I've had two stellar experiences with Zoltera in the course of a year, both involving replacing aging HVAC systems; one in a commercial building, the other my house. The building was fully pre-planned and everything was taken care with professionalism and excellence in service- the system works wonderfully in both extreme heat and cold with few people or hundreds gathering; the house, as so often happens, was an emergency replacement on a furnace that bit the dust during our out of country vacation in February. Not ideal timing.Zoltera not only came to the rescue, but proposed a new (to me) system that would replace my two aging furnaces and a/c units with a single system that serves the whole house incredibly well. We live in a long, gracefully aging rancher, and historically the bedrooms which are very far from the furnace and a/c would be too cold in the winter and too hot in the summer. The new multi zone system that Zoltera recommended and installed has completely!!! changed the comfort level in our home; offering consistent, fully programmable heating and cooling exactly where and when we need it. It's a game changer. I need to add that it's also far less expensive to operate due to its high efficiency, and we are pleased with our noticeably lower power bills.I know that one shouldn't get overly excited by HVAC, but my family appreciates our new system so much. I expect we will simply get on with life not thinking too much about heating and cooling because it's working so well; and that is exactly why I highly recommend Zoltera for all of your heating and cooling needs.“
