“When I finally accepted that my air conditioner was sick and dying, I called two other companies before calling Reliance Wrightman, and right out of the gate they were way more professional, accommodating, reasonable and affordable. The same day I called, the technician Dwight came over and quickly assessed and diagnosed the problem, explaining everything to me along the way. Unfortunately, my 14 year-old air conditioner was at the end of its life, so Dwight Quickly arranged for the sales person Grayson To come over later that same day. He also took the time to explain everything to me Thoroughly, gave me several options and put absolutely no pressure on me. I ended up leasing a new unit from them, which comes with free service for not just my air conditioner, but also my furnace and an incredible deal on a UV light. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and I would highly recommend Reliance Wrightman to anyone for any of your HVAC needs. Thanks guys!“
