Unfortunately, my 14 year-old air conditioner was at the end of its life, so Dwight Quickly arranged for the sales person Grayson To come over later that same day. He also took the time to explain everything to me Thoroughly, gave me several options and put absolutely no pressure on me. I ended up leasing a new unit from them, which comes with free service for not just my air conditioner, but also my furnace and an incredible deal on a UV light.
