Rave to Don H from Ace Plumbing & Heating. Don went the extra mile last night when our furnace died. First, he gave me a box of fuses (I drove to his house) at no charge to save me the service call. Unfortunately that did not solve the problem, so he jumped in his truck, drove over to my house and resolved the problem (faulty transformer) with a smile on his face and a willingness to go the extra mile. Best emergency service call ever! They now have a customer for life. Thank you Don for a job well done.

We were in the market for an electric fireplace and Ace was recommended to us. Matt and Nathan were excellent to deal with...extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They went out of their way to make sure our experience at Ace was top notch. The showroom was great which made choosing the best model for our room easy.Our fireplace looks amazing and we couldn't be more thrilled. Would definitely recommend Ace.
