Shanahan was a very pleasant individual who was easy and reasonable to deal with, who did a thorough and professional job. This included initiating corrective action on a problem changing furnace air filters that was created 3 years ago when plumbing from the tankless water heater obstructed the filter change path. He left the place in a very clean state.
