We had a serious water drainage issue that led to our basement flooding. In a bit of a panic, we called Dave, and he came out on a Saturday night to help us—something not many would do. After inspecting the problem, he discovered the cause: a baseball that our kid had accidentally thrown into a drainage pipe.

“Just a word about above and beyond customer service. Built my home in 2006 and one of the frost free outdoor faucets began to leak. Found out from my builder, plumbing fixtures were supplied by Woseley. Went to their store and as the faucet was now outdated, I was informed that parts are almost impossible to find. The associates had a quick meeting and at that point, Dan Goodard mentioned that these parts are no longer available. (I just need a little brass pressure release fitting on the top of the tap, about the size of a golf tee.) This left me with the unenviable task of ripping open my wall from the inside and replacing the entire system. Dan them mentioned that he had similar taps on his home and he might have an extra one. Sure enough, he called the next morning, and he had, in fact, brought one from home for me. Picked it up, and installed it. Works Perfectly!!! This is the kind of thing you rarely see anymore. Thank you so much!!!! Will certainly be back for all of my future purchases!“

“Darcy was great, arrived on time and worked together with my dad to get the grab bar installed for my Oma. My only disappointment is that when making the reservation, I specifically asked if they had a stud finder that worked through tile ( apparently you need a special kind) and they assured me they could do the install so I took that to mean that they had one. If it was just figuring out how to put it up through trial and error, honestly my dad could have done it alone. They ended up putting extra holes in the tile because they didn't have the specific tool I asked about, which is too bad. They managed to cover it with the ring around the grab bar, but I wish I would have double checked and confirmed about the higher grade stud finder when i made the appointment so the install would have gone smoother. Darcy was a really great guy though and they did figure it out in the end. The bar is up and stable, so I'll take it as a win!“
