“Doug Knight and his team have been truly fantastic and so kind in dealing with my outside furnace /heat exchanger. The unit is only 6 years old and has been simply put a Lemon! One major problem after another. Recently even the compressor even said ByeBye! Wow. Modern day manufacturing. Really quite a pain no AC . Doug was very professional and dealt directly with the furnace company and secured us a whole new unit for a very reasonable price. I’m so impressed by Doug’s diligence and caring personality to do all that He’s doing to deal with a tricky difficult situation. Bravo for companies like Doug’s Knight’s plumbing to go to bat for the consumer ( the little guy) 10 thumbs way up even though we only have 2! Thanks again for being kind real and efficient Doug!!
