Our experience with Britech , a Division of Custom Air was very positive. Starting with residential sales (Troy), office staff (Lori), and finally the installers (Rob and Brian). All were very friendly and extremely professional. They quickly responded to any questions we had throughout the process and we also really appreciated that they were able to give us options to find an A/C unit that fit both our size requirements and budget. I found the quote acceptable and priced right with no overselling of options (like AirMiles, extended service plans or warranties). The pre-installation assessment person and the installers were professional and accurate in their assessment. The installers were very open to my questions and provided me valuable information. Britech came in for an estimate of a furnace installation in my townhome. Troy was very informative with the new system that would work best or my situation. He left information on the equipment as well as rebate information. The installation date was less than two weeks from when I called to make an appointment. Rob and Brian were early on the day of installation and respectful of my home. They were both very courteous and went over the install as well as how to use the new thermostat and what photo to take for the submission of the rebate.
