The Comfort Group provides fantastic service with attentive and knowledgeable technicians. Customers report that heatpump installations are great, hard working and thorough, finished exactly as promised. Furnace and heat pump replacements are completed quickly, often with multiple trucks arriving the next day, leaving homes warm after a cold spell. Electrical panel problems are addressed promptly; technicians find and fix breaker tripping issues with pleasant, kind and efficient work. Installers give a full explanation of what they are doing and are very good and thorough. The company receives high praise and is highly recommended for future servicing and repairs.
Initial install and their crew were great
System has been having issues for the past year, think it’s the brand of the heat pumps issue.
But Jordan T. Has been amazing in helping diagnose and troubleshoot the problem. He’s super knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what’s going on and next steps. The apprentices he has with him have been equally as great.
We scheduled an appointment for maintenance. Given 8-12 window. 1130 get call to advice it will be sometime after 12. How long specifically? They couldn’t say for certain as tech was on ferry. Ferry? Yes from salt spring. I look at the ferry schedules and wonder how on earth the tech was ever going to make the commitment of 8-12.
Tech shows around 130. Super great guy Kale. Happy with the maintenance but not the commitment to the booked appointment time. If time were money? Can this company actually expect people to wait from 8am onwards. Well we did and made ourselves busy. We had the most incredible experience with Comfort Group Heating yesterday. The service, handled by Kyle V was absolutely fantastic—every part of the service was done very well. The serviceman, Kyle, during the inspection and servicing, was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. We look forward to the next servicing by Comfort Group Heating in the Spring. Definitely recommend Comfort Group Heating for any future servicing for their products.
