“I called regarding a leak in my toilet. Mike returned my call promptly and gave an assessment and price range over the phone, taking care to walk me through likely steps. For my appointment, he showed up right on time, and was thorough with both the toilet repair and cleaning up the area afterwards. After fixing the leak, he also inspected all other parts of the toilet for necessary adjustments. He also answered my questions about my sink and water boiler, educating me in his responses.
