“We worked with Tony Hicks who has been in the business for 32 years. The whole experience was excellent. He was kind and caring and compassionate. He explained everything to us. He didn't try and upsell, which was lovely! He navigated between the siblings who had slightly different ideas of what we wanted, and got us to a compromise. The preparation of our parent was amazing. If you're interested in a viewing it was incredibly lifelike and a real honor to her life-long beauty. Overall as oleasant an experience as one could hope at such a horrible time! They also prepared the letters for Service Canada and that saved time. They offer counseling for a period after the death. I have an access that but it was great to have it offered. Highly recommend“

Each time was professional and compassionately dealt with.
They offered to stand in at my uncles graveside before being buried (2020) (which I accepted ) as he passed away from COVID and we could not attend.

My mom also passed away in November 2023 and Joanne was very patient regarding the finances and very helpful in her suggestion such as a graveside service as a regular service was not possible due to circumstances.

Was also able to sign most documents on my cell phone which saved a lot of running around during this very difficult time.
