As a Nurse in long term care , I was very impressed by the compassion and dignity the team member showed to the family of one of our deceased residents. Professional and respectful at all times. They allowed time to allow the family to say their good bye. We deal with many funeral homes and this one stood out to me with their excellent care.
Thank you Dean for your compassion, professionalism and efficiency. You worked with the Alpini Group to give my dad the beautiful funeral he deserved.The only negative comment I have, unfortunately, was for the live stream company whose video was not very professionally created.
I would just like to say that whenever a response was requested it came very quickly and everything that was supposed to happen, happened as planned and discussed. Maybe this does not seem like a big deal but in today's world of not being able to speak to a person, of missed or unanswered calls, of inattention to details etc. this is a BIG deal. This is the third time in recent years we have needed to deal with a death in our family and every time has been as equally well handled. We would not have returned otherwise.
