During such a difficult time for our family, we were grateful for the care and support we received from Glenhaven. Although there was some red tape we had to work through, Alex was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding. His kindness and support made a difficult process a little easier for our family. Alex Chau did a phenomenal job in coordinating the funeral service for my father. He walked us through the process step by step, had thorough knowledge of Chinese customs, and gave us advice on where we could get items.
He was very accommodating to our requests such as looking for good dates for us, coordinating the transport of the flowers to the cemetery after the crematorium, helping us test the slideshow on their AV system. I've had compliments by friends and relatives on how well the service was done.
