Cody and Desiree were both kind and helpful in a difficult time. Pretty much the last thing I was looking to do was shop around or deal with details, and from the first phone call they took over the process and helped make it easy. Pricing felt fine to me, nothing seemed unreasonable. It truly seemed like they sympathized with my situation and they helped me deal with it professionally and with care.
Had 4 funerals attended to by Burquitlam Funeral home over the years .
Each time was professional and compassionately dealt with.
They offered to stand in at my uncles graveside before being buried (2020) (which I accepted ) as he passed away from COVID and we could not attend.
My mom also passed away in November 2023 and Joanne was very patient regarding the finances and very helpful in her suggestion such as a graveside service as a regular service was not possible due to circumstances.
Was also able to sign most documents on my cell phone which saved a lot of running around during this very difficult time.
