The quality of service and professionalism of their staff allowed me to get through this toughest time of my life. The sudden passing of my beloved mother, turned my world upside down. We would like to acknowledge Chris Jordan for his compassionate help with the passing of our Mother. He gave us all the help and information we needed to handle the necessary arrangements of our loss.Howard Jones really spent lots of time with us, making sure that every detail of the memorial card was done perfectly. His patience and devotion to perfection was greatly appreciated.Both these men made a very difficult time much less stressful. We thank you both for your devotion to your compassionate profession. I would like to express a heartfelt thank you to the staff at First Memorial and one man in particular Norman Yates. Being from out of town and the stress of losing our mother and trying to figure out how we were going to get her home was made easier with the help of Norman he is a very caring and compassionate man. With all his help I am happy to say that mom is home now and the healing can begin. From the bottom of my heart Thank you.
