“Happily recommend VETERAN HEATING AND COOLING INC.

When it became apparent that I would have to replace my old central air conditioning unit, Jon provided a couple of options, confirmed compatibility with my existing system, answered my questions clearly and made the whole process easy. The response was quick and options were well detailed, competitively and fairly priced and carried excellent warranties.

The installation was well planned and efficiently implemented by Rob. The installation team was punctual, considerate, and organized. Upon completion, Rob provided some operational and maintenance information, advice on when to have the unit professionally serviced and made sure my questions were answered.

The staff is professional, easy to work with and remains available to answer any new questions.

Great experience and excellent service.”
