My water tank stopped heating. Never having dealt with a water tank in my life, I read reviews on BroMac and called. Right from beginning to saying goodbye, it was a professional and quick replacement, done the same day. Cam is a skilled technician and very personable. It was wonderful to have hot water that same evening. Thanks BroMac!

During the cold snap we had a pipe burst! After trying many companies and actually had 2 hang up on me for inquiring how busy they were, BroMac were the only ones that were polite, understood how panicked we were as we had to shut our water off till repair could be made. We were lucky that they had somebody on a call nearby us and were able to come and do the repair very quickly. This will be our go to for now on.
