I called Sandman Air at 6:30 pm when I came home to my house being 89F with the air running. They were able to send a technician, Brandon, who arrived by 7:20pm and was able to root cause and fix my issue. I was so shocked they got someone out so quickly and very thankful to have cooler air blowing by 8pm. Brandon did his due diligence and did a check up on my system finding multiple issues from me using filters that were to think and needing replaced to lack of coolant. He kept me informed throughout the process and was very polite.
