Sandman Air, in particular, Nolan, our HVAC Tech, displayed customer service skills above and beyond our expectations! His respectful and professional manners combined with the most honest and transparent personal experience and knowledge he shared with us about our A/C made us feel at peace and confident about our decision to have Sandman Air provide us with "BEST" service available for all our future needs!! Outstanding team! So thankful for not having to go through an Arizona Summer without AC especially with kids! They were on time and quick but efficient. Shocked at how much cleaning, and a new unit would make such a difference.Services: HVAC system repair

Fair, Honest, Timely, and Reliable - Nolan and John are outstanding and are my go-to repair or replacement AC company that I have used for not only my own home, but are who I recommend to ALL of my clients. I met John and Nolan in 2018, they were one of five AC companies I met with before deciding on who I would have replace my AC. They were prompt and performed my AC replacement in an efficient and sound manner, they also registered my AC unit with the manufacturer to insure the 10 year manufacturer warranty - something that the installing company is responsible for doing so that the home owner is guaranteed that manufacturer warranty.
