We have been a customer of Jaycox for 3 years and we could not be any more pleased with them. Great company with excellent customer service. Our ac went out mid-summer and we were so grateful when Jaycox worked extra late hours to fix our ac. Our service tech (Shane) is extremely knowledgeable and really makes you feel like he cares about you as a customer. We recommend Jaycox to anyone in need of great service at a fair price!

Last week went into panic mode, because an elderly relatives air conditioning went out and we live over a thousand miles away. Jaycox answered our call for help and came out immediately - fixed the problem so quickly and professionally - would that all businesses were like this!
