Kathy and Brandon were awesome at helping us work with the home warranty company!! They went very far and beyond for us after an entire month without A/C and a lot of runaround from the home warranty company. To make this company even better, our technician, Antonio, was here from the diagnostic of the problems to the completion of the repair!! First, the receptionist was very polite on the phone. When Tony showed up he helped me understand my AC problem. He was very informative. I could tell he liked his job by the way he talked to me. Highly recommend him.
