I had service twice from the company and both times they were excellent. I have had a few call outs for my aging A/C and this company by far has treated me the best. They explained exactly what the problems were and will go above and beyond to fix them. They have been on time and quick with the service too. The office people are so professional and so helpful and will also go above and beyond to fit your times of availability. They are saved in my contacts.

Had one of the 'major' companies come out to diagnose and repair my A/C unit. They ended up saying it was the condenser motor and wanted $1100 to repair (and then later said they would do it for $800 after I told them I wanted to get other quotes). Got a few estimates and went with SunState. They were easy to work with and were not hesitant to give me a quote on the repair (other companies wanted to come out and let the tech give me a quote and then become a salesman is my guess). Sunstate was out the following day, put their ladders up, repaired the unit for the price quoted ($475 which I got from two other companies also) which took perhaps 30 minutes and it was done!...read full review

I've posted before on the importance of finding good contractors when you're a remote landlord. This company is very well run with excellent service and an owner that is responsive and professional. I had the AC units replaced on two houses and the whole process took less than a week from start to finish. Their prices are also very reasonable. Win win. I recommend this company highly.
