Air Excellence installed my new heat pump several years ago. I had very specific requirements about clearances and placement of the unit and the installer made several trips to my home to ensure that he could meet them. He did, and his attention to detail was greatly appreciated.Since that time, I have had them check the unit regularly. They are always prompt, friendly, and professional. I will continue to use them and recommend them highly.
AirExcellence has always been great to have service my HVAC. The best thing about them is they work around my work schedule, which is not always easy to do, and they do it with a smile! They have always been prompt and reasonable in price, and even pointed out when my unit was missing an overflow cutoff switch. They’re great.
Their service is awesome! They got me an appointment ASAP, the tech was on time and he was very polite. He communicated well and got the repair done quickly. Definitely will be using them for any future needs. 5 ?
