“Cal’s Plumbing is the Louis Vuitton of plumbing in Tucson. You get what you pay for. And I know. A lot of businesses don’t give a crap about their customers, not Cal’s. They always do right by the customer. And I’m a pain in the butt. Just call them first! Don’t try to save a few bucks and cut corners. I tried that. And Cal’s had to come and pull a 10 foot snake out of a drain that another company broke of while snaking my house. They never even told me. Cal’s is amazing and all the guys are super kind that always come out. Never shady ones either. I’m a women and my husband can’t always be here when service people come. “Once again, the Carlson Co. knocked it out the park for us. This week 8/25/25 thru 8/31/25 we had to use The Carlson Company. For the past two years they have been helping with projects around our house. Running gas lines for an outdoor kitchen, replacing hot water heater, installing A/C in are garage etc. I wanted to replace the toilets in the house, so I called Mike, and he had them installed. The best is I did not know The Carlson Company unclogged sewer drains. We had two other companies come out and one I told to leave because he was so rude and unprofessional. The other company told me that the sewer line was broke. They stated we would have to cut up the kitchen floor. So, I decided to call The Carlson Company and ask if they provide that type of service. Dave Carlson came out personally after hours to run a sewer camera down the sewer line to see what is going on. Dave noticed there was something clogged in the drain. So, they had a crew member come out the next day and resolve the problem. From the staff in the office to the workers in the field, their work is always top notch. A special thanks to Mike and David Carlson. We had to have our water lines replaced throughout our entire home. Mike and Dave Carlson both came out to evaluate the job before starting. They saved all kinds of work and money, so we did not have to cut a ton of sheet rock out. The project was completed quickly. The one thing you can count on with The Carlson Company's projects is that they are reviewed and completed correctly the 1st time.

He was readily available to check on a leaking faucet during off hours and immediately identified both the problem and other areas of poor workmanship in my kitchen plumbing. He eventually replaced both of our sink faucets as well as our small water heater that had also recently given out. Aaron was friendly, polite, and unobtrusive and made sure to clean up after he was done. My only complaint would be that his pricing felt a little haphazard but I don't think it was unreasonable given the usual cost of plumbing. I will absolutely use quality plumbing pros for my next plumbing job.“

“WOW, Adam & Dave Hester are great. Our home is built on a concrete slab and we had a leak under the slab that flooded our front yard and front entry hall badly.
Hester Plumbing installed a new hot water heater and repiped by bypassed the leak via using our attic. It was a tough job, yet they were positive, knew exactly what was needed & finished up doing a terrific job at a very fair cost.
PS. One of the biggest plumbing & Heating/AC companies estimated repiping our whole house ( & a new hot water heater at over $22.000., two other mid-sized companies talked the same job at $12,000.00
I've finally learned. Some of the bigger local companies are much more expensive simply because we all pay for their tv & print advertising and fleet of nice trucks.
