Our shower head needed complete replacement after the cartridge could not be removed. Jose Landeros was the technician sent and we couldn’t be more thankful. He was very kind, courteous, and clean. He explained everything thoroughly and took care of us. Highly recommend them and Jose
I had a huge flood in my bathroom from the toilet backing up and overflowing! A friend had an issue same day and Jose was at her house and she said that he's amazing! I immediately called and requested him. He showed up right away, and he is amazing! He took the time to explain the issues and my options and stopped the flooding. The next day he and Mike showed up and took care of everything, while keeping me updated every step of the way. I appreciate them not only taking care of my plumbing issues, but taking my feelings into consideration as well!! Thank you for the excellent service!
I called Mr Rooter to repair my main water line that connected to the meter. Aaron did an outstanding repair job. He went above and beyond working well into the evening to make sure we got our water back! This is the second time I have used Mr Rooter and every time the service has been excellent!
