Updated review: Called for A/C check on July 8. Appointment scheduled for July 10. Received appt verification 10 minutes after setting up appt and updated status notices. Also received notice from technician 20 minutes prior to arrival. As I was out of town, I couldn't be on site but my tenant was available to let technician in. Technician Johnny called me prior to entering home to verify permission and called afterwards to let me know what problem was found. I had a pipe leaking inside a wall in the laundry room. Called strongbuilt and they came out the same day and got it fixed. The tech they sent (sam) was very curtias and fixed the problem fast and efficiently. Any time I have mechanical problem, strongbuilt is always the right one to call.
