My husband was going away for a deployment and needed what was on an old hard drive transfered to a new one. It was a 24 hour process and there were issues with the connection. They diagnosed it and told us our options. We decided to get the new hard drive, and have them do the transfer. They were able to make the transfer, but it was a Friday night when it would be complete and they are closed on weekends and he was leaving that weekend. The woman was kind enough to come in on a Saturday, her day off and let us pick it up. Hubby was able to leave and have all he needed thank you to them going above and beyond.
