I cannot say enough good things about Datadrive Computer and especially John. After my uncle had been locked out of his computer for over 5 years, we honestly thought there was little hope of ever accessing it again. John was incredibly helpful, honest, and upfront about the costs from the very beginning, which immediately gave us confidence and trust in the process. I had an outstanding experience with Datadrive Tucson. When the motherboard on my Lenovo ThinkPad failed, I was concerned about losing all my data. Myles quickly diagnosed the problem and handled everything with professionalism and expertise.

He successfully transferred all my data to a new laptop, recovered files from an older device, and created backups on my external drives. Throughout the process, he was patient, knowledgeable, and reassuring.

My wife's computer crashed and we lost years of documents and photos (almost). The big on line data recovery places wanted $1250 to $3000 to recover it. Miles at Data Drive recovered all of it and stored it on an extra hard drive I had. I placed the new drive into her computer and all her documents and photos are back.
I can't say enough about how good these people are.
