I am a sole proprietor so when I get in IT trouble I call Nextrio. I have alway had prompt and professional response from their scheduling folks. This time, I had to have someone cometo my home office, during the peaking of Covid in Arizona. It’s was that or continue to put up with a frustrating network / router / printer issues that has intermittently plagued me for months. Once again, Nextrio delivers efficiency and professionalism while taking great care during Covid. Daniel had a face mask on (as did we) and gloves.
