Very kind and helpful over the phone. Was understanding of my situation and assisted / gave advice. It’s been a stressful week with family deaths and he was compassionate, unlike others who shooed my issue away.
Aaron is awesome! He quickly diagnosed and fixed my dad's computer while explaining everything in layman's terms. Superb customer service, reasonable pricing, friendly, and efficient. Definitely a keeper for any future computer woes! Highly recommend!
