“Bobby from K&R came out to my house to give me a free inspection and advice for a bed bug problem I thought I had. I spoke with him for 10-15 minutes to go over different options for treating the problem and then showed him a picture I took of the insect. Turns out I should have started with the picture. He confirmed that the insect was actually a spider and not a bed bug like I thought. He gave me some solid advice on how to treat the problem myself and didn't charge me anything.
