Technician Erasmo presented himself in a professional manner. He showed compassion and empathy to what I was dealing with. He took the time to listen and applied his expertise, knowledge, and experience and got the job done. Unfortunately, when you live in an apartment complex, you don't know who your neighbors are and if they are clean or not. One of my neighbors wasn't and brought roaches to the entire building. smh!Never experienced that before. The last time he came by, he asked the question, "Do you have good news for me or bad news? " I said good news!!! We both high five each other. Thank you, Erasmo, for getting the job done!!!
