We called Vault out and they made us a priority on their listthe same day, even though they werejt sure if they would be able to. They sent out Savanah the same day, she was professional, diligent and very thorough and knowledgeable. You all are lucky to have her! It's great knowing that you have a direct open line of communication with the actual owners of this family run business and I believe their services to be of great value. “I called Bug Guardian because I had an ant infestation out of the blue...They were everywhere and they were biting. I spoke with Tom on the phone and they sent someone out within three hours. Gary showed up on time and he was very professional. He informed me that because i had a parrot he could not spray any insecticide, which I already knew but I was at my wits end with the ants. He was able to find three ant mounds outside below my window and quickly sprayed them. He then set up a few ant baits and within 5 hours the ants were gone!!! Yey Thanks Bug Guardian!!!“
