L&M Pest and Weed Control was the first that actually answered that I didn't have to leave a message. Devon was friendly, easy to talk to and even was able to provide a quote within an hour. Based on the courtesy and the response, I opt'd to go with the company.<br><br>Sometimes you just get a really good feeling when working with someone both in what they say and how they say it.<br><br>I was was very happy, Devon had someone out, cleared the debris, next stage is the spraying which we will follow up after the weekend. I was both thrilled and happy to get this issue addressed with punctuality and speedy performance.<br><br>I also requested before and after pics as I needed to share it with the HOA. Again came through with flying colors. I got the invoice and took care of it. “This is the third year in a row I've had Anteater treat my house for scorpions. I do so as a preventative measure because when I first moved in, as soon as it got hot I started finding them in my house. Yikes! For a reasonable price Anteater sprays once, then return seven days later to spray again. Since I started doing this once per year (every June) I haven't seen a single scorpion in or around my house. Well worth it! Also, the same technician services my house each year. His name is Jessie, and he is very courteous and knowledgeable. Either Jessie is the owner of the company, or he likes working for the company enough to stick around for a few years. Good sign either way!”
