Sam is a super cool dude. You can just tell he really cares a lot about his clients and about the service that he provides. The work he does is great. I think very few other contractors here in the area have this level of care and attention for his clients. Definitely recommend.
GCA has done multiple remodels for me. They are currently doing two of my Tempe investment properties. Sam is very upfront and clear with his communication. I've been burned by contractors in the past but GCA has been very honest and fair about pricing and construction timelines. These guys are my go to for any construction from remodels to new builds
