“Five starts all the way! Recently I became acquainted with Gorilla Builders and how grateful I am for that! Honesty is what I found. I recently had a online scammer use their company name and post a fraudulent charge on my credit card which was a significant amount. I filed with the bank a fraud claim and thought it was over.

The online scammer submitted a fraudulent invoice to counter my claim and I was informed by the bank that the charge would be reinstated. I reached out directly to the owners of Gorilla Builders, explained the situation, gave them the details of proof that their company name had been dishonestly used, and they were eager to help us.

In a short amount of time they provided a verified letter to dispute the fraudulent scammer invoice and charge, and the bank quickly took corrective action. I can tell you, that if in the future I am looking for a new build, Gorilla Builders will be on the top of my list because of their honesty and help.“
