Ellie groomed my dog, Lamb, today. He looks marvelous. He is a shelter dog and has some issues with getting groomed so I was a little worried. My friends told me not to worry and they were right. My wife and myself really like Doctor Tymothi Claude at the Sun City West Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center. He is very knowledgeable and respected in his field. He is also friendly and compassionate and has treated my wife for skin cancer and removed it and she has healed nicely and is cancer free and is scar free. Lisa at the front desk is very professional and also very helpful. Maria his technician is the very same way. Thank you to everyone involved.

I will return again to enjoy the Diamond Glow Facial (like Hydrafacials from a patented machine, not hydrofacials--generic terms). This spa uses the the best of the machines that vacuum deep pores very well, and addresses rough spots, hyperpigmentation, fine lines etc., while infusing much needed hydration serums. Their esthetician Alena is very thorough, even taking more time to do manual extractions, while explaining all of the products and serums.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Padaric went above and beyond our expectations! Our animal had an accident on our new couch, we contacted him immediately where we gave us instructions to pre-clean the stained area to avoid further damage and set up an appointment with us right away. He called prior to arrival letting me know he was en route, arrived on time, was professional and educational, was thorough cleaning our 2 large sectionals, gave us peace of mind with scotch guard protection in case of another accident, and even threw in a free cleaning solution he hamdmakes himself. I'm on my second year with a no deductible Premium Home Warranty with BFS. This includes a yearly 5 point tune up for 2 HVAC units, freon, water heater, appliances, garbage disposal, plumbing line clearing up to 6 ft, inside electrical, circuit boards and unknown preexisting conditions. My experience with this family run company has been exceptional. A third party company had previously informed me I needed a new whip for my HVAC and my coils cleaned. When I called BFS they said let us come out and take a look first when we do your tune up because many times those recommendations aren't warranted. We did need a new whip but it was determined we did not need the coils cleaned. Technician Greer came out to install a new whip, and he took pictures and explained everything. He went above and beyond checking our thermostat and replacing the batteries while demonstrating everything he was doing so we could do it ourselves in the future. The service from BFS is honest, transparent and professional. If it's something that's not covered under warranty, the owner goes above and beyond to try and accommodate and come up with a solution for the home owner. We are thankful for this excellent service from BFS.

Arash Koochek, MD...I am so so happy I was referred to Dr Koochek a few years ago. He makes you feel at ease. He is personable & approachable. He answers all of my questions no matter how long it takes. He makes you feel like you are not just another patient, he cares! His staff is wonderful also. Gracie was a pleasure to speak with and she too answered all of my questions. I have referred many of my friends and I will continue to do so. I have fired Doctors in the past who I did not think were listening to me and cared about my needs. Dr Koochek is a keeper!

We started a month ago going to Westside Primary Care. We are very impressed with their care. Kaylan Burkett is a fabulous nurse practitioner. She listens to your concerns and is quick to respond to your messages. Her assistant is wonderful and helpful. The front desk staff (Joycelyn and Patricia) are very friendly and helpful. I like that they have a lab in the office to do all of your blood work. The two lab techs are very nice and efficient. We highly recommend them. We have struggle finding good care in Arizona and are very happy with this office. Thanks for the great care that you provide!
I like this clinic better than my own primary care clinic. The staff is great in all aspects of care. Hardly any wait time for same day care. Nice, comfortable and clean facility. Convenient to imaging and lab facilities.
