This is probably the first and only vet I have ever been to that I actually felt put the needs of my cat above their desire to make money and charge me for treatments/medications that would not best serve me. My cat has been dealing with upper respiratory issues and her previous vet continuously wanted to pump antibiotics in, despite the ineffectiveness, adverse reactions, and difficulties administering. The vet here told me to skip the antibiotics and instead try to focus on supplementing and environmental modifications to build a stronger immune system and stress-free environment. We have been bringing our dog Thumper for about 3 years now and I cannot RAVE about this place enough. Everyone here is always so kind, helpful and informative. Dr. Pan is hands down the best vet I have seen over the years. We moved her from New York and were really nervous to have to switch vets, but Desert View Animal Hospital has eased every last nerve.Whenever we bring our dog in, we are welcomed with smiles, and the high pitch voices of dog lovers behind the counter. 12/14/23 - Took my dog here today. The staff was absolutely amazing from booking the appt to getting checked in to the care and options given to me by the Dr. I never felt rushed, never felt belittled, I felt like I was in control of the whole situation while the staff was there to provide answers and guidance for the treatment options. Dr. Pan was amazing along with the Technician, I think Chris was his name (Sorry if I was wrong), who helped and sat and talked with me while we took care of Buddha. If you have a pet in need of Vet help, call this place first. You don't need anyone else.
