We had an unexpected health scare with our 10-year-old dog, Chloe, and from the moment we called, the entire team was compassionate and accommodating. They were able to fit us in as the last appointment of the day, and despite it being the end of what I’m sure had been a long week, we never felt rushed.

Dr. Shelby Marsh took the time to thoroughly examine Chloe, explain what they were seeing, walk us through the possible causes, and answer every question we had. Even though the test results didn’t provide a definitive answer, she made sure we understood what they did find, what they ruled out, and what symptoms to watch for moving forward. We left feeling informed and reassured rather than confused or anxious.

What impressed us most was the level of care after the appointment. They provided copies of Chloe’s test results, gave us emergency contact information in case anything changed over the weekend, and asked us to call back on Monday with an update—whether she was doing better or worse. That kind of follow-up shows they genuinely care about their patients and aren’t just trying to get you in and out the door.

Thankfully, Chloe has been doing well since we got home, and we’re grateful for the peace of mind they gave us. “I have an allergy prone German shepherd, named Remi, and we finally scheduled an appt with Dr Lockwood. It’s the best thing I’ve ever done for our Remi girl. She’s been on all the meds that our normal vet could try at their experience level for the last 6 years but nothing worked, and her allergies just kept getting worse.

Fast forward to 3 visits by Dr Lockwood and tech Lucas, and Remi is FINALLY feeling the relief she deserves from all her allergies.
