“I was apprehensive at first glance, but once I spoke with one of the employees, I was reassured and I knew our dog was in good hands. The surgery was affordable and the staff were friendly. The only issue we had was that we had paid for a cone for post surgery and they gave us one that was far too large for our dog. It ended up being a waste of money.“
“My 14 year old Bassett Lab mix had a mass the size larger than a quarter and over an inch thick grow on his front paw. Being that he is an older dog I was very nervous about surgery. I wouldn’t want to have any other Vet handle my dog other than Dr Pearson and his team at Trilogy. I had called a few days before surgery I spoke to the front desk. I told the front desk, representative that my dog had never been in a kennel before, and it was making me very anxious, knowing that he would have to be in one for the day of surgery. Fast forward to the morning of surgery when I dropped him off.. the technician told me that she had reserved a kennel next to her desk because she was told that Gumbo had never been in a kennel before. They took the time to send pictures of him, and they even provided a blanket for him. Inside the kennel while he waited for me to pick him up. The outcome of the surgery had its ups and downs but Dr. Pearson kept me informed of all the possibilities after surgery which ended up happening, but I wasn’t shocked or surprised because he kept me informed. The results of the surgery have been outstanding. I’m so happy with this office and the team of angels that work there.“

“I took my cat (Cosmo) here for some kind of leg/soft tissue/arthritis issue and the service has been excellent. I hardly had to wait and the nurse and vet where both very professional. A treatment plan was provided for my cat. A clear explanation on how we should proceed with his treatment and the costs associated with those treatments was provided. There has been numerous follow up phone calls made to me asking how Cosmo was doing and that was greatly appreciated. I feel like they genuinely care about my pets wellbeing.“
