Walked in for the first time to get a trim. Everyone was nice and it was a great haircut, but there was a miscommunication on color that had results I wasn’t happy with. Rochelle took the time to speak with me on the phone, investigate the situation, set me up with her master colorist, and took care of my service. These things happen sometimes no matter where you go, but what matters is how it’s handled, and Rochelle’s had the upmost integrity in making it right. I can’t imagine a better resolution and I love my hair.
CODY!!! I cannot imagine any future haircuts without him. After multiple attempts at different salons in search of the one who can cut a bob exactly how I like (I admit I am very picky), Cody understood the assignment and executed PHENOMENALLY. Highly recommend. See you forever Cody!!
