Aaron was our sales rep. He checked our old unit outside and the air handler in the attic. He was very upfront about everything and explained what was going on with our old one and gave us the options for a new unit. Our son is a retired marine and so is Aaron so we were able to share some stories. This guy couldn’t have been nicer. He went through all options of each of their units and also any financing plans. We felt the warranties were very good. He was very prompt on arrival and very well spoken and NO pressure. Totally satisfied with Semper Fi.
We signed up for a free tune up of our AC from Semper Fi - we were pleasantly surprised an actual human reached out to schedule us asap. They sent out Josh to examine our AC that was 20 years old and previously badly maintained by former owners. Of course replacement was recommended - Josh went through the financing and approval and got us scheduled for replacement the next day! They sent out Ken, Steve and Dalen - they texted us 30 mins before arrival and arrived right on time. UPDATE - Previously gave 2 stars since the first AC visit was pretty terrible. Long story short, original tech gave false information/readings, and tried to sell me everything under the sun - bogus and I went with another company instead.
Left my feedback online - Nick from their resolution department was extremely quick and helpful in resolving all of the bad experiences I had. We came to a quick agreement on a remedy and sent someone else out to fix the issue. Josh arrived and was very friendly - got everything working and we ended on a positive note.
Will I use Semper-Fi again for AC service? Honestly not sure… BUT I will say they do read reviews...read full review
