I had a great experience with Zach! He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuine from the moment he arrived. He took the time to explain everything in plain language so I could easily understand what was going on and what he suspected needed to be fixed based his findings and my description of the sporadic issues with my AC unit. He provided reasonable and understandable options to address without concrete evidence of the issue.
What I appreciated most was that he didn't just repair the problem, he made sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions patiently, was honest about the issue, and completed the repair efficiently.… read full review
I first need to say that JMAC trying to help me via text was great! I know enough about AC units that with a little extra help I got one of my units working again. And no, I did not touch any mechanical parts. It was just the process of rebooting the system. My second unit did need a tech. Brandon showed up when he said he would. He was friendly, knowledgeable and was happy to answer all my questions. I am grateful for Brandon and the whole JMAC team!
The team led by Chris Lopez was amazing- extra care was taken installing the air handler. I have used JMAC previously and they did not disappoint again. Chris was on time, kept me apprised as how install was proceeding. Definitely recommend!!
