I have a fear with the eye pressure test, I was relieved when I found out it wasn't the air being blown in, but once I realized now I was having something touch my eyeballs, I went into panic mode. She was very nice and patient with me and I was able to get it done, she made me feel safe and I was so appreciative of that. See McPhee was very informative great bedside manner!“

“We were Not aware the vision center was bought out by Walmart. I was a little reluctant as we have been going to this location for years. I want to start by saying the Dr. Vanessa Cabrera-Fossatti, is such an amazing professional. She cares about her patients, and is very thorough, I take my entire family to this location as she is passionate about the work she does by explaining everything to you in a way you understand. I will say this is one of the biggest reasons that we will continue going to this location for years. This amazing service does not end with the Dr. Let's talk about the faces that greet you at the front end. Betty and ADA, Amazing customer service and helpful, since this transition the insurance changed a little and they helped explain what is covered answering all our questions, and we had a lot. It is always hard to deal with change especially from the customer standpoint, but they made it so seamless by being prepared and making it such a great experience. I have Avesis and Eyemed under UNUM and both covered vision carriers. Ladies Kudos on helping me and my family be able to see and all your feedback and explanation on the prescriptions.
